Ingredients

  • 30 g pistachio nuts
  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 350 g dried dates (pitted)
  • 15 g dried cranberries (unsweetened or naturally sweetened)
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 100 g Ground Almonds

Instructions

    Grind pistachios and rolled oats finely in a food processor or blender and set aside. Pulse dates and cranberries in the same appliance until they form a sticky mash. Add pistachios, oats, chia seeds, and ground almonds to the mixture and blend into a cohesive sticky dough.

    Press the dough onto a sheet of parchment paper to about 1 cm thickness and cut into 20 bars. Chill the date bars for about 2 hours before serving.
