Ingredients

  • 150 g dandelion
  • 100 g watercress
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt (pepper)

Instructions

    Wash the dandelion, shake dry and tear apart. Pull the stems from the watercress.

    Prepare a dressing with vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, orange juice and oil. Peel the eggs. Mix dandelion and watercress leaves and spread on plates. Drizzle salad with dressing and sprinkle finely chopped eggs over it.
