Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls dandelion blossoms
  • 1 l water
  • 1.5 kg sugar
  • 2 lemons (juiced)

Instructions

    Add dandelion blossoms to water, bring to a boil for 10 minutes and strain through a coffee filter. Add sugar and lemon juice to the liquid.

    Stir constantly over gentle heat until the sugar dissolves, then simmer uncovered on low flame for at least 15 more minutes. Fill jars with twist‑off lids, seal well and store in dark.
