Ingredients
- 1 small Broccoli
- Salt
- 1 Carrot
- 1 large ripe mango
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 800 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 400 g coconut milk
- Pepper
- curry powder (to taste)

Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Then boil in plenty of salted water for 4 minutes, drain and set aside. Peel the carrot and slice it. Blanch in salted water as well. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit. Cut into pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the ground beef until crumbly. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Stir in the curry paste and cook for a short time. Pour in coconut milk and simmer briefly. Add the mango pieces and warm through. Season with pepper and curry powder.
