Ingredients

  • 600 g currants
  • 200 g blackberries
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash and rinse the currants and blackberries, then let them drain well. Clean the raspberries, mix with the remaining berries and sugar, and let sit for 2 hours. Then heat everything in a pot and simmer for about 4 minutes.

    Do a gel test and fill the jam into well-drained canning jars. Seal and let cool.
