The blackberry jam according to Grandma's recipe from Spoonsparrow tastes especially good on fresh bread.

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg blackberries
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 60 ml cassis

Instructions

    Rinse the blackberries, remove stems, and let them macerate with the sugar and lemon juice for about 2 hours. Then bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling. Add the liqueur and perform a setting test.

    Fill prepared jars and seal tightly, allowing them to cool down.
