Blackberry Jam Without Seeds

Fruity, sweet and velvety: The seedless blackberry jam from Spoonsparrow is a delicious fruit spread!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg blackberries
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar
  • 0.125 l cassis

Instructions

    Wash the blackberries, pat dry and puree them. Add lemon juice and strain the fruit purée through a sieve, then add cassis and weigh it down.

    Add an equal amount of gelatin sugar to a pot, heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until bubbling. While still hot, pour into well-rinsed jars and seal with twist-off lids.
