  • 8 tbsp 4-grain flakes
  • 4 tbsp oat bran
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp grated Gouda
  • 350 g cucumber
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp hot paprika
  • bunch radishes
  • 2 tbsp chives rings

    Mix the four‑grain flakes and oat bran, then stir in yogurt, milk, and cheese.
