- 250 g Borlotti beans (drained weight; jar)
- 200 g corn
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 ripe Avocado
- lime juice
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- tortilla chips

Rinse the beans and corn separately under a sieve and let them drain.

Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and dice finely. Halve the avocado, twist out the pit, and gently squeeze the flesh from the skin. Dice it and immediately mix with a bit of lime juice. Combine the beans, corn, tomatoes, parsley, oil, and avocado; peel the garlic, press into the mixture, and season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Arrange in bowls and serve with tortilla chips.
