Cucumber Sushi

Ingredients
- 0.25 Cucumber
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 200 g cooked sushi rice
- 1 tsp wasabi

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds and slice into thin sticks.

Cut the nori sheet lengthwise in half and place one half horizontally on the work surface (if available, on the sushi bamboo mat wrapped with plastic wrap). Spread half of the sushi rice with well-wet hands on the nori sheet, leaving about a 1 cm wide border at the top edge. Spread a thin strip of wasabi across the middle of the rice with your finger. Place half of the cucumber sticks over the wasabi. Moisten the free nori edge with a little water. From the lower longitudinal side, fold the nori sheet over the filling and roll it up. Press the edge lightly. Repeat with the second half and cut both rolls into 6 equal pieces each.
