Ingredients
- 12 slices white bread
- 200 g surimi
- 0.5 cucumber
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Drain the white bread. Slice the surimi into rounds (set aside about 1–2 tbsp of chopped surimi). Peel the cucumber and cut crosswise into thin slices. Mix the crème fraîche with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Spread the crème fraîche on the bread, top with cucumber slices, then add half of the surimi. Place the remaining bread slices without surimi on top, sprinkle with chopped surimi, and cut diagonally in half. Arrange on a plate.
