Ingredients

  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp medium‑sharp mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 350 g cooked crab meat
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 sandwich buns

Instructions

    Wash, trim and slice the celery into thin strips.

    Whisk together mayonnaise, cream cheese and mustard. Season with a splash of Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper.

    Gently break up the crab meat and fold it into the celery mixture.

    Wash and dry the lettuce leaves; wash the tomatoes, remove stems and slice them.

    Cut the buns horizontally, toast briefly, then layer with lettuce, crabmeat mixture and tomato slices before serving.
