Ingredients

  • 2 salad cucumbers
  • 200 g quark
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 stems thyme
  • 3 stems Parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Wash, peel, halve the cucumbers lengthwise, pit with a spoon and cut into finger‑length sticks. Chill until serving.

    Whisk quark with sour cream and lemon juice until smooth. Rinse rosemary, thyme, and parsley; dry, strip leaves, finely chop. Fold herbs into the cream and season to taste.

    Fill a screw cap jar with the herb dip for picnics, chill, and serve with cucumber sticks.
