Cucumber Smoothie with Buttermilk

Ingredients

  • 2 Stalks Mint
  • 1 bundle dill
  • 400 g salad cucumber (1 cucumber)
  • 400 ml Buttermilk
  • 50 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Tabasco
  • 4 ice cubes
  • wooden skewer

Instructions

    Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves, setting aside a few for garnish. Wash and shake dry the dill.

    Wash the cucumber, cut a few thin slices for garnish and set aside; peel the rest, halve lengthwise, deseed, and roughly cube the flesh.

  3. 3.

    Blend the cucumber with mint, dill, buttermilk, ice cubes, and yogurt until smooth, seasoning with salt, lemon juice, and Tabasco. Divide into two glasses.

    Skewer the reserved cucumber slices and place them in the glasses. Garnish with remaining mint.
