- 1 piece cucumber (about 250 g)
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
- 150 g yogurt
- 100 ml cold milk
- Salt
- black pepper
- Tabasco
- 2 squirts Worcestershire sauce
- dill sprigs (for garnish)

Wash the cucumber, cut two slices for garnish. Peel and dice the remaining cucumber. Peel, chop the shallot and add it with cucumber, dill, yogurt and milk to a blender; blend until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, then pulse briefly.

Serve by pouring into two glasses and garnish with cucumber ribbons and dill sprigs.
