Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon fillet (skinless)
  • 4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 100 g cucumber salad
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • colored pepper (from grinder)
  • cress (or sprouts for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry, cut into ~3x3 cm pieces and drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh with a melon baller, then drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the cucumber and slice into 1 cm thick rounds.

    Heat oil in a pan and sear the salmon cubes on all sides for 2-3 minutes.

    Place one avocado ball on each cucumber round topped with a salmon piece. Sprinkle with colored pepper from the grinder and garnish with cress before serving.
