Cucumber-Milk Drink

Ingredients

  • Salad cucumber
  • 500 ml milk whey
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • a few dashes of Tabasco
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 box watercress
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions

    Rinse the cucumber and cut a few slices for garnish. Peel the remaining cucumber and chop into pieces. Blend in a tall mixing bowl. Gradually stir in the milk whey. Season with salt, pepper, Tabasco, and lemon juice.

    Trim the watercress. Rinse the dill (reserve some for garnish), shake dry, and roughly chop. Add the watercress and dill to the cucumber-milk mixture and blend briefly again. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with cucumber slices and dill.
