Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • 20 g almonds
  • 10 g flax seeds
  • 20 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 20 g chopped walnuts
  • 10 g pecans
  • 30 g dried fruit (e.g., cranberries)
  • 4 plums
  • 3 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1–2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 4 cups ACTIVIA recipes (cereals)

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the nuts and almonds, and finely chop the dried fruit if needed.

    Heat the coconut oil with the agave syrup in a large pan. Add the nut‑almond mixture along with the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and flax seeds to the pan and roast for about 10 minutes until crisp, stirring frequently.

    Finally stir in the dried fruit, cinnamon, and vanilla. Set the muesli aside and let it cool slightly.

    Quarter the fresh plums and cook them in a pan, turning once, for about 5 minutes until soft.

    Place one cup of ACTIVIA cereals into each bowl, top with the softened plums, and sprinkle 3 tbsp of the crunchy muesli on top.
