Acai Bowl – Vitamin Rich

A vitamin-packed acai bowl for a healthy start to the day.
Ingredients
- 0.5 frozen banana (sliced)
- 125 g frozen berries
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Kiwi
- 0.5 Banana
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp puffed amaranth
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions

Blend frozen banana, frozen berries, acai powder, agave syrup and almond milk in a stand mixer until smooth.

Thinly peel the kiwi, halve it and slice into thin rounds. Slice the remaining banana as well. Spoon the fruit puree into a bowl and garnish with kiwi slices, banana slices, goji berries, puffed amaranth and chia seeds before serving.
