Ingredients

  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 EL fresh chopped parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Sea salt
  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 EL olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode.

    Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Mix both with the parsley and season with lemon juice and salt.

    Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 2-3 minutes on each side. Halve the garlic clove and rub one half over each slice’s cut surface. Drizzle with oil and top with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
