Ingredients

  • 300 g thick split beans (fresh or frozen)
  • Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 6 slices ciabatta bread
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped mint
  • pepper (ground fresh)
  • freshly grated Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

    Cook the beans in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let them dry well. Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix it with the vinegar, lemon juice, and honey into the beans. Let cool to lukewarm.

    Preheat the oven on grill mode.

    Halve the bread slices and grill both sides for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

    Add the oil and mint to the beans, season with salt and pepper. Spread onto the toasted breads and serve garnished with Parmesan.
