- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 bundle basil
- 2 Spring Onions
- 8 salad leaves
- 8 slices processed cheese
- fresh black pepper

Slice tomatoes and onions into rounds. Cut croissant lengthwise in half, layer with tomato and onion slices. Place a slice of processed cheese on top.
