  • 8 Croissants
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 bundle basil
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 8 salad leaves
  • 8 slices processed cheese
  • fresh black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

    Slice tomatoes and onions into rounds. Cut croissant lengthwise in half, layer with tomato and onion slices. Place a slice of processed cheese on top.

    Distribute basil and salad leaves, cover with the second croissant half, briefly bake at high temperature in the oven.
