Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 400 g pork mince
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • chili powder
  • vegetable oil (for steaming basket)
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 1 handful bean sprouts
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • 4 sandwich rolls

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Mix both into the pork mince with soy sauce and chili, combine well. Form about 8 small patties and place them in a greased steaming basket. Steam covered over hot water for about 8 minutes. Remove, let cool, then cut each patty in half.

    Wash the cucumber and slice lengthwise into thin rounds or shave. Rinse the sprouts and drain thoroughly. Peel the avocado, halve it, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with a fork. Rinse the coriander leaves, shake dry, and roughly chop. Mix the avocado mash with lime juice and sesame oil. Season with salt.

    Slice the rolls lengthwise, fill them with all prepared ingredients, and serve.
