Ingredients

  • 8 large savoy cabbage leaves
  • 2 shallots
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 350 g feta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 300 g grated breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Blanch the cabbage leaves in salted water for about 6-8 minutes, remove, shock in cold water, and pat dry. Trim thick leaf edges smooth. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Heat 3 tbsp butter, sauté the shallots. Dice feta, mix with pepper and coriander, add to the pan, heat for 2 minutes while stirring.

    Beat the eggs on a plate. Spread the feta mixture onto the leaves, roll into roulades. First coat in flour, then dip in egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs. Heat remaining butter and slowly brown the rolls all around until golden brown.
