Crispy Chocolate Pralines

The crispy chocolate pralines from Spoonsparrow are perfect for gifting, bringing along, and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g muesli flakes mix
  • 100 g Spelt flakes
  • 25 g dried cherries (unsweetened)

Instructions

    Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.

  2. 2.

    Finely chop the dark chocolate and put about two thirds of it in a bowl. Place the bowl over the pot and melt the chocolate gently in a double boiler, stirring occasionally.

    Once the chocolate is completely melted, remove the bowl from the heat and add the remaining chocolate, stirring slowly until everything is melted.

    In a large bowl combine the muesli mix, spelt flakes, dried cherries and the melted chocolate, mixing carefully so that everything is coated with chocolate.

    Shape about 30 pralines with two teaspoons and place them on parchment paper. Let them dry in a cool environment for about 2–3 hours.
