Ingredients
- 125 g cream cheese
- 125 g mascarpone
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp cherry juice
- 1 tbsp mango juice
- silver sugar pearls (for garnish)

Stir the cream cheese with the mascarpone and lemon juice, sift in the powdered sugar and mix well. The mixture should be pliable; if not, add more powdered sugar until it is. Divide the cream into two portions: fold cherry juice into one half, mango juice into the other. Fill each portion into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe into praline molds. Garnish the cream cheese pralines with silver sugar pearls and refrigerate until serving.
