Ingredients

  • 250 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • 30 g Butter
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • praline half-shells (star-shaped)
  • golden sugar pearls

Instructions

    Melt butter, chopped chocolate and cream while stirring, then fold in the spices and let cool slightly.

    Fill a piping bag with a small serrated tip and pipe the truffle mixture into the praline half-shells. Place one pearl on each star tip.
