Ingredients

  • 700 ml milk
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 200 g fork spaghetti
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 pinch saffron
  • 1 lemon (organic, zest)

Instructions

    Bring the milk with the cinnamon stick and cardamom to a boil. Add the spaghetti and almonds, simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the pasta is tender.

    Remove the cinnamon and cardamom from the milk, then add the cream, sugar, and saffron. Bring to a brief boil again, then ladle into bowls. Serve warm or cold, garnished with cinnamon and grated lemon zest.
