Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 romaine lettuce head
- 2 tbsp black olives
- 2 tbsp green olives
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g feta (low fat)
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp basil (chopped)

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove the seeds and dice. Wash, trim, halve, deseed, peel off the white skin of the bell pepper and slice into strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem ends and cut into wedges or pieces. Wash, trim and tear the romaine lettuce into bite‑size pieces. Pit and halve the olives.

Peel the garlic and finely mince it. Cube the feta. Mix the olive oil with capers, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; combine all remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange in salad bowls and serve.
