Ingredients
- 250 g salad cucumber (0.5 salad cucumbers)
- 150 g grainy cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 box garden cress

Peel half a cucumber with a vegetable peeler, cut it lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a tablespoon.

Grate the cucumber roughly on a box grater into a bowl.
