Ingredients
- 300 g small green pepper pods (preferably Pimientos de Padrón)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- coarse Sea salt
- black pepper
Instructions

Wash the pepper pods and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Add the peppers and fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes.

Season the peppers with coarse sea salt and black pepper.
