Fried Mini Peppers

Aromatic vegetable snack: these fried mini peppers are a finger food straight from nature—packed with Vitamin C and E.

Ingredients

  • 300 g small green pepper pods (preferably Pimientos de Padrón)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • coarse Sea salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

    Wash the pepper pods and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

    Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan. Add the peppers and fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes.

    Season the peppers with coarse sea salt and black pepper.
