The quick spinach cocktail nourishes the body in an exceptionally low-calorie way with extra minerals.
Ingredients
- 1 stalk flat-leaf parsley
- 0.5 tsp flaxseed oil
- 100 ml carrot juice
- 50 ml celery juice
- 100 ml spinach juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves and finely chop. Place on a plate.

Brush the rim of a glass with flaxseed oil and press into the parsley.

Whisk carrot, celery, and spinach juices with ice cubes in a tall vessel and carefully pour into the glass.
