- 8 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
- 200 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 1 salad cucumber
- Salt
- Pepper
- toothpicks
Instructions

Spread cream cheese on four slices of toast.

Wash, pat dry and slice cucumber thinly; arrange in a roof‑tile pattern over the cream cheese.
