- 250 g fresh blueberries
- flour (for dusting)
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp honey
- 100 g yogurt
- 100 g Sour cream

Rinse, wash, and drain the blueberries well. Dust with flour and pat dry. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Place 12 paper cups in a muffin tin. Mix the flour with baking powder. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly so it remains liquid.

Whisk together the egg, honey, yogurt, and sour cream, then stir in the melted butter. Fold in the flour mixture and gently fold in the blueberries until everything is well combined. Fill the cups with batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let rest in the pan for 5 minutes, then lift out and cool.
