Start your day healthy and enjoyable: The Granola from Spoonsparrow provides ample nutrients and keeps you full for a long time.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 400 g hearty rolled oats
  • 30 g almond sticks
  • 0.5 vanilla pod (aroma)
  • 40 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp chopped peeled walnuts
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 60 g dried chopped cranberries
  • 40 g dried chopped apricots

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 130°C fan-forced and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

    Melt the butter in a saucepan. In the meantime, mix all ingredients except the cranberries and apricots in a large bowl. Stir in the melted butter. Spread the mixture evenly on the trays and roast in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden yellow, turning several times. Let it cool, then fold in the fruits. Transfer the granola to a large decorative jar and decorate with a sugar stick if desired.
