Ingredients
- 4 slices crisp rye crackers
- garlic butter
- 1 Spring onion
- 100 g quark (low-fat optional)
- 4 radishes
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Thinly spread garlic butter on the rye crackers.

Wash, trim, and slice the spring onion into rings.
