Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 juicy sweet pear
  • 4 slices Stilton
  • 1 bundle arugula
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core and cut each quarter in half again.

    Grill one side of the bread on a grill, flip, top with cheese and toast the underside.

  3. 3.

    Simultaneously grill both sides of the pear halves briefly.

  4. 4.

    For serving, distribute two pear halves with some arugula over the breads and sprinkle pepper on top.
