Ingredients

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 16 round rye crackers
  • 150 g smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 150 g pre-marinated river crab tail

Instructions

    Mix the cottage cheese with dill and season with lemon zest. Divide onto eight crackers.

    Top half of the crackers with smoked salmon, the other half with river crabs. Cover each with a cracker lid and serve.
