Ingredients
- 8 slices whole‑grain toast
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 0.5 bunch radishes
- 300 g North Sea crabs
- 4 tbsp light salad cream
- 0.5 lemon
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 0.5 handful dill
Instructions

Trim the bread to your liking. Wash and dry the lettuce. Rinse, trim, and slice the radishes into thin sticks. Drain the crabs well.

Season 3 tbsp of salad cream with a splash of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Rinse the dill, shake off excess water, finely chop the leaves, and mix them with the crabs in the dressing.

Spread the remaining dressing thinly on each slice of bread. Place one lettuce leaf on four slices, then top with crab mixture and radish sticks. Add another toast slice on top and press firmly together. Slice diagonally for serving.
