A fresh and dairy‑free pasta salad featuring Tagliatelle, tomatoes, olives, and a creamy Greek shepherd’s cheese. Enjoy this light dish for a quick lunch or side.

Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • Salz
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe
  • 2 EL Olivenöl
  • 400 g stückige Tomaten (Dose)
  • 1 TL getrockneter Oregano
  • 300 g MinusL griechischer Hirtenkäse
  • 80 g schwarze Oliven
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • Zucker
  • 1 Handvoll Basilikum

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in hot olive oil until translucent. Add the tomatoes and oregano; simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, crumble half of the cheese into the mixture, stir in the olives, then season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Fold in the pasta and allow to cool.

    Wash the basil, shake dry, and slice into thin strips. Arrange the salad on plates, sprinkle the remaining cubed cheese over it, and garnish with basil before serving.
