Crab Pizza

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast (21 g)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 400 g flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 300 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Sea salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 handful Arugula
- 250 g crab tail (pre-cooked)
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmental)
- olive oil
Instructions

For the dough, crumble the yeast into a bowl, stir in sugar and about 200 ml lukewarm water until smooth. Add flour, olive oil and salt, then knead into a supple dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 240°C fan with a baking tray.

Mix tomatoes with oregano, season with salt and pepper. Wash, trim and drain arugula well. Combine with crab tails and pine nuts.

Shape the dough into 4 balls, roll out into thin rounds on lightly floured surface and place on parchment paper. Spread tomato mixture leaving a 1-2 cm border. Sprinkle cheese and drizzle olive oil.

Carefully transfer to hot baking trays and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven, place salad in the center, lightly salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
