- 3 oranges
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 450 g Arctic crab
- 2 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
- 5 slices toast bread
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ketchup
- Iceberg lettuce
- dill sprigs (for garnish)

Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Then separate the fillets along the segments. Catch the juice, season with salt and pepper, and marinate the crab in it for 15 minutes before draining.

Thinly spread mayonnaise on the bread, cut into four pieces each. Mix remaining mayonnaise with ketchup, crab, orange fillets, and chopped dill. Wash lettuce, divide into 20 small pieces, and place on the bread. Top with crab cocktail and garnish with dill sprigs.
