The couscous salad with watermelon brings summer into a glass – presented by Davert and Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Davert (Couscous Cup Moroccan)
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1 handful salad leaves
- 1 handful sprouts (suitable for raw consumption)
- 1 piece watermelon (about 100 g)
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

Fill a twist-off glass with Davert Couscous Cup and pour hot water over it according to the package instructions. Let stand for 5 minutes, then stir in cashew butter.

Meanwhile wash and dry the salad leaves. Rinse sprouts under hot water in a sieve and let drain. Peel the watermelon and cut into cubes. Wash mint, shake dry, and pluck the leaves.

Layer the salad leaves, sprouts, watermelon, and mint onto the couscous one after another. Drizzle with olive oil, put on the lid, and refrigerate the couscous salad with watermelon until ready to take away or serve.
