Ingredients
- 150 g Couscous
- 50 g Raisins
- 0.333 cucumber
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 40 g pine nuts
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions

Soak the couscous in water for 15 minutes, then drain it in a sieve.

Let the raisins soak in a little water as well.

Wash and peel the cucumber, then dice it into small cubes.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and quarter them.

Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant.

Wash the parsley, shake off excess moisture, and cut the leaves into strips.

Drain the raisins and combine them with the couscous, cucumber, tomatoes, pine nuts, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil to make the salad.
