Cottage Cheese with Fruit

Protein-rich breakfast - Try cottage cheese with fruity fruit salad from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 30 g Almonds
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 0.5 Mango
  • 75 g Strawberries
  • 400 g Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Toast almonds in a pan without fat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes and let them cool down.

    Squeeze half an orange. Peel and segment the other half of the orange or cut it into small pieces. Peel the kiwi and mango. Cut the mango pulp away from the pit and dice both. Wash, clean, and quarter the strawberries. Mix the cut fruit with the orange juice in a bowl.

    Mix cottage cheese with honey and spread it on two bowls. Spoon the fruit salad over it and serve sprinkled with roasted almonds.
