Almond Porridge with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 800 ml Almond Drink (Almond Milk)
  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 120 g fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 50 g raw almonds (4 tbsp)
  • 20 g amaranth puffs (4 tbsp)
  • 60 g almond butter (4 tbsp)

Instructions

    Heat the almond drink in a pot. Stir in the rolled oats and maple syrup and simmer for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Then let it swell for about 5 minutes over low heat.

    While it's simmering, wash and pat the blueberries dry. Roughly chop the almonds.

    Fill glasses or bowls with porridge and serve with blueberries, almonds, amaranth puffs and almond butter.
