Ingredients

  • 30 g walnut kernels
  • 10 g pistachio kernels
  • 100 g Red Grapes
  • 2 ripe plums
  • 400 g Cottage Cheese
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Coarsely chop the walnuts and pistachios.

    Wash the grapes, remove them from the stems, and halve them. Wash the plums, halve them, pit them, and slice into thin strips.

    Stir the cottage cheese with vanilla powder and honey. Spread the mixture onto bowls and sprinkle with fruits, walnut kernels, and pistachio kernels.
