Banana cocoa porridge with rice flakes from Spoonsparrow provides babies from 8 months old with development-supporting Omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

  • 20 g rice flakes (3 tbsp)
  • 100 g bananas
  • 2.5 g defatted cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Whisk rice flakes and 100 ml water in a small pot, bring to a quick boil while stirring constantly. Let it cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.

    Peel the banana, finely mash it on a plate with a fork, and add it to the porridge.

    Add cocoa powder and oil, stir well. Cool until the porridge is only lukewarm, then feed.
