Ingredients

  • 2 Gold kiwis
  • 2 oranges
  • 150 g fresh raspberries
  • 2 ripe apples (e.g., Jona Gold)
  • 2 ripe pears (e.g., Williams Christ)
  • 200 g fresh ripe strawberries
  • 150 g fresh ripe gooseberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp liquid flower honey
  • 320 g cornflakes
  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 4 mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the kiwis and slice them. Peel the oranges like an apple, removing the white pith, and cut the fruit from the segments. Clean the raspberries. Wash, quarter, core, and thinly slice the apples and pears.

    Wash, clean, and quarter the strawberries. Wash the gooseberries, strip off stems, and mix with the remaining fruit. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey and combine. Fold in the cornflakes, distribute everything on deep plates, and serve topped with yogurt and mint sprigs.
