Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 800 ml soy drink (soy milk)
  • 150 ml chilled strong coffee
  • 4 tbsp melting flakes (15 g each)
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (15 g each)
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • ice cubes (as desired)

Instructions

    Peel and chop the banana. Add soy drink, coffee, and melting flakes to a blender and blend briefly. Add peanut butter and cottage cheese, then blend on medium power until smooth.

    Add 3–4 ice cubes to glasses as desired. Pour the coffee-proteinshake into the glasses and serve immediately.
